K2P – Activities to Unlock Potential

K2P is an innovative training programme that has been designed to specifically enhance an individual’s ability to improve their performance both personally and within a team. More importantly, it helps influence the way a person interacts positively with others and reduces their chances of reoffending.

More than half of prison-leavers reoffend within 12 months and this figure rises to almost 58 per cent for those serving less than a year. K2P learning and development programmes provide a wide range of transforming rehabilitation interventions focused on improving:

  • Trust;
  • Communication;
  • Unity;
  • Responsibility;
  • Resilience;
  • Creativity;
  • Resolution and Progression.

K2P facilitators have a great deal of experience working with people from a range of challenging backgrounds such as; broken homes, drug and alcohol misuse, generational worklessness, childhoods spent in care and educational failure, all of which are so very common in the backgrounds of many offenders.

K2P is an intervention designed for transforming rehabilitation. It will increase an individual’s ability to improve their circumstances, positively impact their own successful outcomes and integrate with their communities.

K2P is focused on delivering an intervention, which is innovative and value for money and properly focused on helping people to turn their backs on crime for good – meaning less crime, fewer victims and safer communities.

K2P, delivered by the TTC Group can also provide the complete middle and back office management facility. TTC Group Contact Centre Services have more than 15 years’ experience in managing people and cases, tracking and reporting interventions, and delivering measurable outcomes within the public sector.
